Sunday at the Street Fair

So, today was a bit of a sleep in and then a trip to The Glebe Street Fair with Jow. The day was way too hot (for me), but the vide was good, the street was packed and Jow had never been to a Glebe Fair before. Saw Rob & Heather going past (accidentally poking Heather in the arm she had an injection in - I didn't know, sorry). After that - we wandered up the street and back seeing all the stands, being leafletted by Political Parties, buying a teapot (seriously), getting a signed copy of "Grandeur & Grit", the Glebe History book, checking out the demolition happening to the old Valhalla/Astor Cinema, spending time listening to King Farook, and then heading back down the street, to check out more food, talk to the people selling hammocks (yes I may have one for Boxing Day) and peruse the antique bookshops.

Then home again to Indian food, and watching some cable, chatting to some worthy people, missing chatting to others (guess they popped on and then off again). Muses: Naked Wild On has the same annoying sort of narrator as The Wonderful World Of Sex.That reminds me - I also have to update EventsInSydney.

Tomorrow - starting the new Project Manager job. At least I get to start a little later (tomorrow anyway) - though I guess I may get some fallout from Friday - but at the end of the day, what I wrote last week still stands :)
