Well THAT is VERY annoying

Here's the thing...

The Fortress has 2 (newish) IBM laptops in the Lounge Room. On Sunday, one of them (not the primary one) stopped working, for no reason. A pain-in-the-backside, but I have Warranty so it's OK.

The IBM Technician attended today and pronounced that it needed to be taken to the workshop, as it had liquid damage... specifically a sticky liquid damage that's about a week old. This is (understandably) not covered by warranty.

So, the question is begged: Who's the culprit? Enquiring minds wish to know, as I know that I didn't do it, and there is now a LARGE repair bill for it pending (replacing shot motherboard etc...).
